Welcome to CourseCast. By accessing or using our website or mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and CourseCast.

Use of the Service

By using the Service, you agree to:

User Content

You may upload, submit, store, send, or receive content through the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that User Content. By uploading User Content to the Service, you grant CourseCast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Service.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, you will cease all use of the Service.

Termination by CourseCast

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time. To do so, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CourseCast does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CourseCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to these Terms or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CourseCast is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
